Terms of Service
These terms cover the dsect.net website and the tools DSECT builds for its own use, including tools that connect to Google accounts. By using them, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
dsect.net is an informational website about DSECT. Our internal tools, such as the one that syncs our documentation with Google Drive, are built for DSECT's own accounts and are not offered as a service to the public. Nothing here creates a customer relationship or a promise of availability.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our tools to break the law, to interfere with or probe their operation, or to access anything you are not authorised to access. If you connect a Google account to one of our tools, you must be entitled to grant that access.
Google services
Tools that connect to Google also operate under Google's own Terms of Service. How we handle the data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions.
Content
The content of this site belongs to DSECT unless marked otherwise. Open-source code we publish is covered by the licence in its own repository.
No warranty
The site and our tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, DSECT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of them.
